Jewell is AI-enabled and human-led. AI drafts, routes and prepares work under human direction, and a qualified person reviews it and remains accountable for what we deliver. People hold the judgement; AI does the work that AI does well.

Where AI is used on this site

• Ask Jewell AI — an informational assistant that answers questions about our work. It does not act on live client systems.
• Content tooling — we use AI to help draft and prepare site content, always reviewed by a person before it is published.

What AI does in delivery

• Drafts, routes, and prepares work for a person to approve
• Helps structure documents, research, and analysis
• Holds context so engagements move faster

What a person always does

• Approves anything that goes to a client or the public
• Owns growth, legal, and pricing decisions
• Signs off scope and final delivery

AI in client work

We use AI to deliver efficiently and pass that value through to you. Where a deliverable is substantially AI-generated, we will identify it as such on request. Client confidential material is never used to train publicly available AI models.

Your data

We do not feed your private information into public models without consent, and we never use client confidential material to train publicly available models.
